At Pecron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pecron account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
